Tomorrow we set sail for Wales where we will spend two weeks in Foel Studios recording the next Mael Mordha album. We have written seven tracks that we are really excited about.
The album name along with other details will be revealed in the coming months.

Mael Mórdha Parts Ways with Anto Lindsay

Regrettably we are announcing the departure from Mael Mordha of Anto Lindsay.
Anto joined Mael Mórdha on guitar in 2005 and played on both ‘Gealtacht Mael Mórdha’ and ‘Manannán’.
The departure is amicable and we would like to thank Anto for his significant contribution to Mael Mórdha over the past 6 years. He added a real extra dimension to our live show and we had some great adventures together.
In time we’ll look at options around filling his size 12s but for now the band will remain as a four piece while we complete the writing process for our next album.
Anto was a good friend of the band before he joined, we will remain good friends after his departure and he will always be considered a part of the Mael Mórdha family.
